 Bedlam is ... unique, bold, daring, beautiful, and chaotic...Bedlam is me. I first started doing accessories when I was in high school (millions of years ago! lol)  I made earring and what not... and all that was fine and good but I needed to do something else that made me stand out... so I brainstormed and assessed what already me stand out...I wore glasses. I've worn glasses all my life and have gotten teased for it... so I needed a way to make them beautiful... at least just for my sake. So I started adding stuff to them. I didn't get up the nerve nor the where-with all to sell them until now but I am glad it took me so long. I am mature enough now to give Bedlam the attention and nurturing that it deserves.
 
Bedlam is in my blood now. I draw inspiration from everything... metal art, lifestyles, habits, metals, food, graffiti, crayon boxes...you name it. I love being able to give people something beautiful... especially something beautiful that for so long was considered a physical flaw. I love being able to give people another avenue to be free and individualistic.
 
Bedlam definitely has a lot of things planned for the future. We will be dropping our Spring Collection on March 20th, and we will be doing a lot of work with Tubman University to help rebuild Liberia as well as various other local community services. Bedlam will also be launching the "I'm Just Pretty" campaign in an effort to irradiate reverse racism and stereotypical views on beauty.
